1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Maths Teacher Hub website, member area, downloadable resources, Smart Board Questions, account features and related services. By creating an account, purchasing membership or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. An individual teacher account is for the account holder only unless a separate school or department licence has been agreed. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should contact us if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
3. Membership
Individual teacher membership is currently offered as one year of access for the price shown at checkout. The current standard price displayed by the site is £40 per year. Individual memberships use manual annual renewal and are not an automatic recurring subscription unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.
Membership access begins once a successful payment has been confirmed. Renewing an active membership extends the access period in accordance with the membership period shown at checkout.
4. Payments and PayPal
Online membership payments are processed using PayPal. You may be redirected to PayPal to approve a payment. Maths Teacher Hub receives payment status and transaction information needed to activate membership and maintain payment records, but does not store your raw payment-card details.

5. Cancellations and refunds
If you believe a payment was made in error, a duplicate payment was taken, or there is a problem with access after payment, contact us promptly through the contact form. Refund requests are considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Nothing in these terms removes any statutory rights you may have.
6. Licence to use resources
Membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use resources for legitimate teaching, tutoring, revision and classroom activity connected with your own work or the licensed school/department. You may print or display resources for your own pupils or students where appropriate.
You must not resell resources, upload substantial parts of the library to another website or shared public repository, distribute account credentials, remove ownership notices for redistribution, or use the resource collection to create a competing commercial library.
7. Free resources
Some resources are available without paid membership. Free availability may change as the library develops. Any access label shown on the website forms part of the resource description at that time.
8. Content accuracy and teaching use
Resources are prepared for educational use and reasonable care is taken when creating them. Teachers and tutors remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is appropriate for a particular class, specification, ability level or lesson. If you spot an error, please report it so it can be reviewed.
9. Availability and changes
The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, hosting issues or updates. Features, categories, resources and layouts may change over time. We may remove or replace content where it is outdated, inaccurate, duplicated or no longer suitable.
10. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, probe or attack the service, automate excessive downloading, misuse contact or reporting tools, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.
11. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended where there is reasonable evidence of serious misuse, account sharing outside the agreed licence, payment fraud, attempted security abuse or another material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will seek to resolve ordinary account issues before restricting access.
12. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party providers such as PayPal, hosting providers, email delivery services and external links. Their own terms and privacy information may also apply when you use those services.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Maths Teacher Hub is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of teaching resources, temporary service interruptions, or decisions made solely on the basis of website content.

15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service, payment process or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
